Large Asian bamboo fan Fans are good to add to a decor or to actually use. The fan is constructed of double layers of heavy duty watercolor paper and covered in Japanese Chiyogami paper with a bamboo and fan design. The handle is wood molding which sandwiches the fan itself; 4 brass screws secure the two pieces of molding. The handle is painted red, dabbed with gold and varnished. a gold filigree border is adhered around the top of the handle to embellish the fan.
