Large Asian wave fan Fans are good to add to a decor or to actually use. The fan is constructed of double layers of heavy duty watercolor paper and covered in Japanese Chiyogami paper. The handle is wood molding which sandwiches the fan itself; 4 brass screws secure the two pieces of molding. The handle is painted green, brushed with gold for high light and varnished. Gold filigree is adhered around the top of the handle to embellish the fan.
